How to drive sales for new sauces into restaurants

We activated a team of Brand Ambassadors who were trained face to face in a restaurant on product & expertise area.
The Brand Ambassadors then visited restaurants equipped with presentations loaded to their tablets, and presented the benefits of the products in a short and snappy presentations, with a supporting strong trial offer.
Interested restaurants were then trained on the brands, presented products & described potential usage; given trial samples and free branded POS left to help drive awareness.
All restaurants were targeted using a specific criteria, and identified by eXPD8. These were high-end outlets, in major city centres.
